Begin Your Healing Journey

Unwind what’s been held.

Restore what’s been compressed.

ABOUT THE TREATMENT

About The Treatment

Using sustained pressure, subtle stretching, and deeply attuned presence, I engage the fascia directly and wait for it to respond. Myofascial release is not about force — it is about patience. The tissue softens when it feels safe enough to let go.
As the fascia unwinds, the nervous system follows.
Breath deepens.
Structure reorganizes.
Ease returns.
This is not aggressive bodywork.
It is a recalibration.

Who It’s For

The Deep Release is ideal for those seeking relief from chronic tension and a more aligned, embodied relationship with their body.
This session is especially supportive for:
• Chronic pain, tightness, or persistent stiffness
• Poor posture or postural imbalances
• Limited range of motion or joint discomfort
• Recovery from injury, overuse, or surgery
• Stress-related tension patterns
• Emotional holding stored in the body
• A sense of feeling compressed, restricted, or “stuck”
Whether you are navigating old injuries, carrying long-term stress, or simply craving deeper structural support, this work meets you where you are and invites your system to soften from within.

What to Expect

Each session begins with a brief intake to understand your areas of pain, tension, and restriction. I may assess movement patterns or observe posture to better understand how your body is compensating.
Unlike traditional deep tissue massage, myofascial release involves slower, sustained holds rather than repetitive pressure. You may feel gentle stretching, gradual softening, or subtle unwinding sensations as the fascia begins to reorganize.
The work is oil-based and intentionally paced. We move at the speed your body allows — inviting lasting release without overwhelm.
During and after your session, you may notice:
Increased range of motion
• Reduced pain patterns
• Improved posture
• Easier breathing
• A sense of grounding and structural openness
Some areas may feel tender as long-held patterns begin to shift. Hydration and rest are encouraged afterward to support continued integration.
True release is layered.
Consistency deepens results.

Session Length

Myofascial work requires time for tissue to respond and reorganize.
Sessions are offered in 75-, 90-, 120-, and 150-minute formats.
