Your Solaflow session is a sacred pause — a space for your body to soften, release, and return to its natural rhythm. To support the depth of your experience, we invite you to prepare in the following ways:
Hydrate Well
Drink plenty of water the day before and the day of your session. Proper hydration supports lymphatic movement and allows your body to gently clear what is ready to be released.
Eat Lightly
A light meal or snack is recommended at least 1–2 hours prior to your appointment. This ensures your body can focus fully on restoration rather than digestion.
Limit Alcohol & Caffeine
For optimal results, avoid alcohol the day before your session and minimize caffeine the day of. A regulated nervous system allows the work to go deeper.
Arrive Clean & Free of Fragrance
Please shower before your appointment and remove all jewelry to allow for ease of access and uninterrupted flow. Kindly refrain from wearing perfumes, scented oils, or lotions, as these can interfere with the healing environment and may trigger sensitivities.
Wear Soft, Comfortable Clothing
Your body may feel lighter or tender following treatment. Breathable, relaxed clothing will support your comfort as you transition back into your day.
Arrive 5–10 Minutes Early (In-Office)
Arriving a few minutes early allows you to settle in, exhale, and begin your session from a grounded place.
Complete Intake Forms
All new clients are required to complete digital intake and consent forms at least 24 hours prior to their appointment to ensure a smooth and intentional start.
Aftercare & Detox Responses
It is normal to experience mild detox responses such as thirst, fatigue, a light headache, or increased digestion. Frequent urination or bowel movements are natural signs that your body is clearing and recalibrating. Continue hydrating and allow yourself rest if needed.
