Whether you’re here for lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, or nervous system restoration, this guide answers the most common questions I receive.

What are your qualifications?
I am a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) and Natural Therapeutic Specialist with over 10 years of hands-on experience.
I am certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and specialize in lymphatic and myofascial bodywork for both wellness and post-surgical recovery.
My training also includes craniosacral-informed techniques and Core Synchronism, allowing me to work with the body’s subtle rhythms while supporting structural alignment and nervous system regulation.
Each session integrates clinical skill with intuitive presence.
What makes your style of bodywork different?
Every session is customized.
Rather than offering one fixed modality, I blend lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, abdominal work, and nervous system support based on what your body needs that day.
My approach is slow, intentional, and rooted in safety. I do not force the body. I work with it.
This creates deeper, longer-lasting results.
What does the lymphatic system do?
The lymphatic system is a network of vessels and nodes responsible for maintaining fluid balance, supporting immune function, and clearing cellular waste.
Unlike the circulatory system, it does not have a pump. It relies on movement, breath, and manual stimulation to maintain flow.
When lymph becomes stagnant, swelling, inflammation, fatigue, and sluggish recovery can occur.
Healthy flow supports overall vitality and immune resilience.
What is lymphatic drainage massage?
Lymphatic drainage is a gentle, rhythmic technique that supports the movement of lymph throughout the body.
It helps reduce swelling, support post-surgical healing, ease inflammation, and encourage immune function.
This work is precise and light — never aggressive.
What is myofascial release?
Myofascial release targets fascia — the connective tissue that surrounds muscles and organs.
When fascia becomes tight due to stress, injury, or surgery, it can create pain and limited mobility.
Using sustained, intentional pressure, this work helps soften restriction, improve range of motion, and support structural balance.
What is craniosacral-informed work?
Craniosacral-informed techniques involve subtle, hands-on support that encourages nervous system regulation.
This gentle approach can help reduce stress, support recovery, and promote deep relaxation.
How many sessions will I need?
Every body is different.
For chronic conditions, surgical recovery, or deeper structural work, I often recommend beginning with a consistent series to allow your body to establish rhythm and build on progress.
Healing unfolds over time.
Do you work with post-surgical clients?
Yes. I specialize in surgical lymphatic care and support clients recovering from cosmetic and medically necessary procedures.
Post-operative sessions begin only after physician clearance.
Can I receive treatment while pregnant?
Yes. Prenatal sessions are available after 12 weeks.
All treatments are tailored to your stage of pregnancy and performed in safe, supported positioning.
What should I wear?
Loose, comfortable clothing is recommended.
You will be professionally draped at all times, with only the area being worked on exposed. Your comfort is always prioritized.
Will I be clothed during treatment?
You may undress to your comfort level.
You will remain fully draped and supported throughout the session. Adjustments can always be made based on your preference.
How will I feel after my session?
Many clients feel lighter, more relaxed, and clearer.
Some experience increased hydration needs, digestion, or temporary fatigue as the body integrates the work.
Hydration and rest are encouraged after treatment.
Are there any conditions where treatment is not recommended?
Certain conditions require medical clearance, including:
• Acute infections
• Blood clots
• Untreated heart conditions
• Kidney failure
• Certain cancers
Please provide complete health information on your intake form.
Do you work with men?
Yes. Male clients are accepted through referral from existing clients or trusted colleagues.
What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept credit/debit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and cash.
Payment is due at the time of service.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments canceled within 24 hours or missed without notice will be charged in full.
Your time is reserved exclusively for you.
