Flow over force.
At Solaflow, healing begins with safety.
When the nervous system feels supported, the body shifts into restoration. Lymphatic flow improves. Fascia softens. Inflammation settles. The breath deepens.
We believe the body already knows how to heal when given the right environment.
Our approach is slow, intentional, and grounded in respect for the body’s intelligence. We do not rely on aggressive techniques, machinery, or quick-fix trends. Instead, we create a refined, non-toxic space where regulation comes first — and from that foundation, deeper transformation unfolds.
This work honors the whole person: physical, emotional, and energetic.
Solaflow exists as a sanctuary for sustainable healing, embodied presence, and a return to flow.
Raised in Santa Barbara in a family of bodyworkers, I grew up immersed in the language of touch and the understanding that the body carries profound wisdom. That early foundation shaped the way I see healing — not as something to impose, but something to support.
I trained at the New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics, building a clinical foundation in anatomy, physiology, and natural healing practices. Over the past decade, I’ve refined my approach into a seamless blend of manual lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, and nervous system–led care.
Each session is deeply personalized and intentionally paced.
Whether supporting post-surgical recovery, chronic tension, inflammation, or stress-related imbalance, my work is guided by precision, presence, and respect for the body’s natural intelligence.

Through my main modality I aim to treat the body mind and spirit as a whole and is a blend of myofascial release, deep tissue, somatics/neurology, Chinese massage, and energy work that I call Body Balancing.
I also offer
- Shiatsu
- Pre natal
- Tui Na
- Craniosacral
- Energy work (Reiki, Cauldron Healing)
- lymphatic drainage
- Intra Oral
- Abdominal/visceral mobilization
- Movement/breath work coaching (BodyBalancing Active)
In my style of massage I like to cater to your needs as a client. As we work together our sessions will change and progress combining modalities in a direction that benefits you and your health.
I have completed 1200 hours of massage and health studies, and am continuously involved in further study of the body, anatomy, and new modalities to help my clients.
Even though I have only been doing this work professionally for a comparatively short time (2022) I’ve gained much experience from working with a wide variety of people including the elderly, MMA fighters, athletes, and in some hotels with those just looking to relax.
At Solaflow, healing is not forced.
