These policies are in place to protect the integrity of the work, respect everyone’s time, and ensure a smooth, supportive experience for all clients.

Scheduling

All sessions must be booked in advance through the online booking system.

If you are unsure which session is right for you, you are welcome to book the option that feels most aligned. We can always adjust your treatment plan during your intake if needed.

For surgical clients, physician clearance is required before beginning post-operative care.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.

• Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Changes made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 100% of the session fee.
• No-shows will be charged in full.

Late arrivals will result in a shortened session to respect the next client’s time. The full session fee still applies.

Illness Policy

If you are experiencing fever, flu-like symptoms, active infection, or have recently been exposed to a contagious illness, please reschedule your session.

Your health and the safety of the space are prioritized.

Post-Surgical Clients

Post-operative sessions may only begin once you have been cleared by your surgeon.

Please communicate any changes in your healing status, medications, or complications prior to your appointment.

Your safety is always the priority.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

Packages and immersion plans must be paid in full or set up on an approved payment plan prior to the first session.

All sales on packages are final.

Package Policies

Packages and immersion series are designed to be used consistently for best results.

• Sessions are non-transferable.
• Unused sessions expire after 1 year.
• Missed appointments within a package are subject to the cancellation policy above.

Consistency supports deeper healing.

Scope of Practice

All services provided are non-medical therapeutic bodywork and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.

Clients are responsible for communicating relevant health information and updating changes as needed.

Respect & Boundaries

Solaflow is a safe, non-toxic, and nurturing space.

Inappropriate behavior, harassment, or boundary violations will result in immediate termination of the session and refusal of future services.

This space is grounded in safety, integrity, and mutual respect.
