Healing begins before you ever step into the room.

Over the next few days, give yourself permission to slow down. Drink plenty of water, get good rest, and arrive with an open mind. There is nothing you need to prepare. Just come as you are.

I am already looking forward to this. When you arrive, we will begin where your body is that day and let it set the pace. There is nothing to prove here and nothing to fix. Your body already knows the way.
